Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing Amazon's brand voice across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and build an online community.
- Manage and curate high-quality content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s brand messaging and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, design, and customer service, to create impactful content that enhances our overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Lead community management efforts by interacting with our audience, addressing inquiries, and nurturing relationships with key influencers.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Amazon at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Organize and oversee social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and foster brand loyalty.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in social media management and content creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of creating effective social media strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in social media advertising and budget management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
